We booked a cruise with Mike and Jennifer for 4 adults and 4 kids. They did an excellent job searching through cabins to find us the absolute perfect cabin arrangement, something which I do not think would have been feasible to do myself. They have extensive knowledge about cruising and were very prompt in response to communication. This was our third trip booked with the Laver team and we will be back for more trips in the future. They are a top notch team we highly recommend.

Mike and Jennifer are fantastic with planning and organizing our cruises. They take care of all the details and make sure we know current info prior to leaving. Mike and Jennifer were so helpful with our trip to Iceland, Norway, etc. They were able to save us a considerable amount of $$. Also, made clear the necessity of Trip Insurance. We became ill on our cruise and medical costs should now be covered (waiting on claim results). Also, our connecting flight home was cancelled. We were stuck in NYC for 3 days. This should also be covered. We would also like to add that Mike and Jennifer are very knowledgeable on everything related to travel. This was a wonderful cruise. The ship was beautiful, the entertainment was great, and the food was delicious! WE had been to many of the ports before so we did not do any excursions, but enjoyed our warm days on board when most people were off ship.

Mike & Jenifer are the Best. We have used them for a trip to Northern Italy & 2 years later we used them for a Trip to Southern Italy. I would not even consider using anyone else to arrange travel for me and my wife. They are very detailed, friendly, professional and always keep the interests of their clients first. The knowledge they have is very reassuring especially when going out of the country. They deserve a rating of Perfect on the 2 Italy trips they arranged for us.
We are now planning a trip to Greece through them & I feel very comfortable due to their outstanding service.

Kris and I worked with Jennifer and Mike at Cruise Planners for our trip to Jamaica. They arranged our flights around needs, found us an awesome room at the resort near the pool and the beach. They also made arrangements for our wedding. Mike made sure we knew the updated requirements for the ever changing Covid restrictions. We took a girl's trip to head down to Universal to check out Harry Potter world! Working with Mike and Jenifer was great and took the stress off of travel and planning. We had an amazing time on our vacation over Spring Break. We loved all of the food on our cruise and especially enjoyed the excursions we planned through Shore Trips. The zip line through Roatan was my favorite, my husband loved the Dune Buggy and snorkel adventure in Cozumel and our kids liked the cave tubing in Belize. We can't wait for our next get-away!
